Situation: There is a hotel. Mr. Yamaguchi likes to stay at the hotel because the manager, Ms. Yoko, is great. But Ms. Yoko left for a long vacation. Mr. Yamaguchi won't stay here (in the hotel) until Ms. Yoko comes back. Instead, he will stay at the hotel across the street.
There are two possible meanings. 1) He is here now, but he plans to leave and he will not wait until you return. 2) He will not live here (e.g. he will not live in this house) until you return.
