He was keeping on cutting my call

Yesterday I was calling to Mr. A on his cell, but he was keeping on cutting/hanging up the phone/call.
Don't call me during that time, I would just cut/hang up your call.

Could you please correct these sentences?

Actually, I wanted to say that the person was not ready to talk with me for some reasons maybe he was angry with me, or he was busy at the time, so he was just pressing the "call cut" or "cancel" button in his cell which doesn't allow to ring further.
