He was having a routine/routinely walk in his own street.

Please make corrections/edits to the following paragraph:

Suppose there is a certain person who doesn't like to be photographed. One day he is walking along a street in front of door. He doesn't know that a certain documentary is being made/filmed. He get caught in a certain frames of that documentary. After some days he watches himself on a TV and just gets depressed. He has been filmed, the thing which he hates a lot. Can he sue the producer of that documentary? He was having a routine/routinely walk in his own street. It was the documentary crew which walked into his street.
