He vs Him after a "to"

I'm trying to write more formally, and I'm confused with whether to use "him" or "he" at the end of a sentence, because the second-last word is "to" and I don't know if that changes things. Please look at the following:

He wonders how the railing that she slides her left hand down feels to her; how similar and how different than to he.

Should it be "to him" instead?

Thanks.
