he tries to add upto 300% on invoices

Hello,

this upto make it unclear for me.

e.g. when it is 100 add upto 300% it would be exactly 300, less then 300 or even more?

If he adds 300% to his invoices, and it should be for $100, he adds $300, so it's $400. Is that what you mean? If not, can you try to ask your question a different way?

No, if you ADD an additional 300%, then you have a total of 400% - the original amount, plus 300% more.
