Which one is wrong?
A. I shouted at him, so he was angry with me.
B. Let's go out to buy some meat, will we?
C. He suggested buying the green carpet, but we refused.
D. I apologized to him for being late.

Hello everybody,
Would you please be kind enough to have look at this test and tell me which one is the answer?
I have asked this in WR forum too but because I have received different answers, so I decided to ask it here so that I will get a confirmed answer from you. Some native English speakers say that B is wrong and some other say that C is wrong.
What's your opinion? Would you please be kind enough to help me with this test? We are stuck between option B and C.
