Could you please tell me whether the following sentences are correct? If incorrect, please correct them.

1) It seems that she has a flu.

2) It seems she has a flu.

Yes, they are, but in my neck of the USA, we normally say "the flu", not "a flu".

"flu" is uncountable, so we don't say "a flu", we just say "flu". If you make this change then all your sentences will be correct.
