He made me not to tell

Isabella: (excited, happy) Oh, my God.
Gwen: What is it? You look so excited.
Isabella: Yes, I am! Ryan is going to ask you to move in with him.
Gwen: No kidding. We've been seeing each other only for a month.
Isabella: No, I'm telling you. He made me not to tell, but I couldn't hold it any longer. See, I was right. He is totally in love with you.

I have never seen the structure "make someone not to do."
So, I'd like to know whether I can use to-infinitive as an objective complement of "make," or the structure "make someone not to do" is another usage of "make."
Thank you in advance for your help.
