Dear Friends,
What other expressions would you use if someone has more and more difficulty ( or discrepancy) explaining his own theory?
He lost his way describing his theory. (Anyway, 'he lost his way IN describing his theory'?)

I would say: I can't make my own way in explaining this theory.
Or: I'm not doing well at making my ideas across.

or preferably:
I'm having trouble getting my ideas across.
