He is unhappy, is he? or ,isn't he?

He is unhappy, is he? or ,isn't he? Is ''unhappy '' a negative word?

The others like,

1. We are unable to see the word clearly, are we? or aren't we?

2. This is impossible, is it? or isn't it?

3. He is impolite, and nor is the girl. or and so is the girl.

4. The unfair treatment is unacceptable, isn't it? or is it?

5. The trip is unforgettable, and so is the friend i met. or neither is the friend i met.
