He is the first one

Again I rewrite (1) to (2) by "He is".

1. This is his first visit to England.

2. He is the first one to visit England.

Am I right? Thanks a lot.

Thanks Barbara,

What about: " He has visited England for the first time"?

Is it different from: " He is visiting England for the first time?"

Thanks a lot.
