He is out

Mr. A : (called on phone) May I talk with Mr. C?
Mr. B : He is out. Could you please call back again after an hour because Mr. C will be back within an hour.

I mean "He is not in the room, out somewhere (maybe outside the office premises, or to the toilet room, or to another room, etc etc." by "He is out".
