Hi

Is it OK: He is looking for an employer who can provide him with an interesting and developing job and will allow him to gain more experience. He likes doing translations and it gives him a lot of satisfaction. He is always very responsible for his job.

Hi Newguest. "He is always very responsible for his job," is off-topic - that is, only remotely related. (You're speaking about the type of work he wants.) Also, it would be more natural as, "He always shows great responsibility toward his job," or "He is always very responsible in his work."
