He is him.
She is her.

Are the both sentences correct?

Basically, I like to suggest that he is the same person which the second person(listener) is thinking of.

What we would usually say is "Yes, that's him."

me: I'm going with Marcia.
you: Marcia -- isn't that your friend from your yoga class?
me: Right, that's her.
