He is from UCL
When we say
He is from London
it means probably he is a Londoner born and bred. (if not, please correct me)
But in English is it possible to say regarding university teacher?:
He is from University College London.
Does it mean this teacher is working in the speaker's university but no longer at UCL; or is working at two universities at the same time; or is doing a project at the speaker's university while holding a post at UCL?
