He is cute. And she is pretty.

1) He is cute, and she is pretty.

2) He is cute. And she is pretty.

3) I can speak English, which means I can help you.

4) I can speak English. Which means I can help you.

I think that #1 and #3 are commonly used and grammatically correct, but although #2 and #4 are not common, we can see sentences written like that. What do you think? Especially, I was wondering if the structure of #4 is natural to you.

It's common enough to start sentences, especially in casual conversation, with a conjunction. It's not nearly as common to start with a "Which."
