Hi

I came across this statement: He will let them know, that as He hath seen and taken notice of them, so He hath not forgotten what they have done.


I'd like to understand whether the underlined portion is correct or should it be hath He not forgotten?

Please help.

That is obsolete English. Still, I'm with you. I expected the inversion you mention, but I think it works both ways.
