I wonder which one is the correct sentences,and for what reason it is the right one

' He has to helps make breakfast'

'He has to help makes breakfast'

'He has to help make breakfast'

Can anyone help with this?

Clive means that only #3 is correct.

1. He has to helps make breakfast

2. He has to help makes breakfast

In #1, "helps" should be "help", the infinitive form.

In #2, "makes" should be "make, the infinitive form.
