He has or he is having?

Hello,

Which is more corretly said?

He wants to know English, but he is having (a) little time for it now.

he has (a) little time for it now.

Should I use the indefinite article before 'little'?

Thanks

I think "... he has little time for it now." is ok.

(Verb 'have' to mean to possess something is generally not used in progressive form.)

He has little money. ( negative meaning-almost nothing)

He has a little money. ( positive meaning-there is money but not much.)

I don't think there is no need of "a" (indefinite) before "little".

I've got the exact same doubt,
example:
Next saturday, Edward_has________ a show in Birmingham.
Next saturday, Edward_____is having__a show in Birmingham.
Are both of them correct?
