(E) He already drunk four cups of tea after I sat down here.

(F) He already drunk four cups of tea after I sat here.

(A) He has already drunk four cups of tea since I sat down here. Very natural.

(B) He has already drunk four cups of tea since I sat here. Not so natural.

(C) He has already drunk four cups of tea after I sat down here. Not so natural.

(D) He has already drunk four cups of tea after I sat here. Not natural.

(E) He ~~already~~ drank four cups of tea after I sat down here. Somewhat natural as corrected.

(F) He ~~already~~ drank four cups of tea after I sat here. Not so natural even as corrected.

The combination "already ... after ..." isn't very good in these sentences.

"sat down" is for the act of changing from standing to sitting.
"sat" is more likely the state of sitting.

I sat down in my favorite chair at noon. Then I sat there for an hour.
