Okay, "Win with" means to win something along with someone or with the help of somthing. But we normally say "He can't beat me" and "Win with" is wrong. Am I correct?

I don't think you can find many examples of that if you want "win" to be a verb. With "win against", "win" is typically a noun. The Michigan team hopes for a win against Ohio next weekend.
