No, 1 is not okay.

What do you even mean? It's easy to get him to take a bribe? Then say "It will be easy to get this official to take a bribe."

I'm not even comfortable with 2. German cars drive well, drive smoothly, and a few others, yes. I'm not sure about "drive easily."
