What does this mean?
HD 1080p
Is this the dimension? Do you say
The video dimensions are all HD 1080p.
The videos are all HD 1080p.

Or do you say it differently?

"Dimension" is the wrong word. "Resolution" is usual, but "definition" is more correct because the "p" is not about resolution, per se. The videos are all at 1080p definition.
