Having trouble expressing these 2 thoughts please help?
Could you please tell me how to make these 2 thoughts more natural? If possible using the same structure.
Having trouble with the bold parts:
- My credit card withdrawals didn't appear on my back account right away and in the meantime I had deposited money into my account. So my balance read more than I actually had since the bank hadn't taken into account my latest withdrawals and since I owed an establishment some money they seized what I owed them. Basically because of the lag between when I withdrew money from my account and the transaction appeared on my account, I found myself overdrawn and paying fees to the bank.
- Noise that one makes around someone who is sleeping might reflect differently in the persons dream. If the door bell rings while they are sound asleep, the person dreaming might see that same doorbell as a bomb if they are dreaming about chaos.
Does this make sense?
