Having trouble

I'm having trouble understanding this sentence:

Students will have the opportunity to attend one or more synchronous learning experiences per subject/per week

Does this mean that students have the chance to work with their peers once or more every week, and they have the chance to work with their peers once or more than once in each subject (in the whole duration of the time, or is it each week)?

Is this a conditional sentence?
