We have our lunch at 1 o'clock every day, and we carry on our work immediately after having our lunch.

Please correct my sentence.

I think you are overusing the possessive pronoun "our". I'd say: We have lunch at 1 o'clock every day. After having our lunch, we return/get down to work immediately.

I would only adjust it slightly, as above.

A small comment about style. It's usually not natural or nice English to repeat words. So, instead of repeating the word 'lunch', I suggest

We have our lunch at 1 o'clock every day, and we carry on with our work immediately afterwards.
