Having or having had in the sentence

Hi,

While writing this sentence, I am having trouble using having and having had. I want to use the correct tense throughout the sentence. Please help me.

Context: June almost lost her parents in an accident and wants to move on from that experience. She has had many tragic incidents in her life.

Having almost lost her parents and having/ having had enough experience to see that she could live through it, June wanted to forget that incident and move on in life.

Should I use just "having" for both parts of the sentence or "having had" in the second part?
