Having of their partners

- I really wish Valentine's day just didn't exist. There's too much pressure on men to do something extraordinary, and the expectations women end up having of their partners is way too high. It always seems to lead to disappointment.

- What does "end up having of their partners" mean in this context? This structure really confuses me.

Thanks so much to Teachers,

It's an inverted form of: "... and women end up having expectations of their partners that are way too high" "end up" means "become in a certain state after some event or sequence of events". Does the rest of it make sense now?
