Yes, but it sure looks like the sort of unnecessary use of the perfect you see in non-native English. I would normally expect "After landing in Delhi, I went to Mumbai." It's just two things that happened in the past. "After" takes care of the sequence. Wihout "after" you have "Landing in Delhi, I went to Mumbai." That is
