Having embezzled & being embezzled

1.Nobody is accusing you of having embezzled finances from the company. It's a complete misunderstanting.
2.Nobody is accusing you of being embezzled finances ....

In order to find the correct sentence ,i have tried to change the syntax maintaining the meaning .So...
1.Nobody says that you have embezzled finances....
2.Nobody says that you are embezzling finances....
So i think the correct correct is (1)

Do you have a different aspect.

It's no use denying having been there....
