Having been verb+ing

"There are a lot of students having been asking questions without doing enough research in advance."
Is this sentence correct?
Would the combination 'having been verb+ing' possible? What kind of structure is that?

Your sentence isn't right. You can say "There are a lot of students who have been asking questions without doing enough research in advance."

However, I think "having been verb-ing" can be OK in the right context, as in "Having been working all morning, I needed a break", but it's as well to ask whether "having verb-ed" is as good or better:
