I see some sentences while converting complex to simple sentences.

when to use Having been, being, having. everytime I am making mistakes while using these above words.

convert one simple sentence by using nominative absolute construction:

original question: the prisoner was questioned. no witness came forward. the judge dismissed the case.

my answer: the prisoner being questioned. no witness came forward. the judge dismissed the case.

original question: he fired his gun. the ball went high. the tiger sprang on him. the tiger sprang on

Please use correct capitalisation. Sentences must begin with a capital letter.

2. I didn't understand this at first, but I suppose "bullet" is meant rather than "ball". In the style you seem to be attempting, the best I can see is "He having fired his gun, and the bull

Since you're beginning with multiple sentences, I don't see this as converting one simple sentence. Rather, you are converting multiple simple sentences into one simple sentence (with participial clauses).
