I'm here can't understand the use of "at all".
What they mean by "have been at all" and "having seen at all". Moreover what the number 3 refers to?

Please help me with this.

Hi,

Consider this simpler example.
There was anmeeting last Monday.
There was a meeting last Tuesday.
There was a meeting last Wednesday.
I was at all 3 (meetings).
ie I attended all of them.
