have/share

Which of the following sentences is correct?

1. I have the same face as someone because I am a twin.
2. I share the same face with someone because am a twin.

To me "same face" implies the same actual one, not one that just looks the same. So I would say "same-looking face" or better still "an identical face to", in which case both sentences are OK but the first is more accurate.
