Haves and Has

In at least two sites that teach English the form «haves» is used as synonym of «has». Quoting:

Verb[edit]
haves

(nonstandard) third-person singular simple present indicative form of have
Synonyms[edit]
has

So, is this usage of «haves» possible?

In standard English this is a gross error. There is evidence in Google Book Search results that it occurs in certain types of dialect speech. I can't say that I personally recall ever hearing it.
