Haven't or Hasn't in the sentence

Just wondering what is more appropriate in this sentence:
Who hasn’t/haven't messed up while trying to crack an egg?

If somebody can please help me and tell me why has/have is being used in the sentence.. A detailed answer would be pleasing to read.
