haven't or don't have

Hello!

Could you help me, please?

Which is right and which is more common:

I haven't a book
I don't have a book
I haven't got a book

In Murphy's books I read that "I haven't" is used rarely, but my students often say "I haven't, I haven't" and they say they often hear this in American films. What is true in all this story?

Thank you!
