Haven't had?

When someone asks whether or not you had your food.
Is that correct to say " I haven't had anything" ? Or it would be more natural to say that "I didn't have anything" ? Which one an native speaker uses?

Thanks,

I use both of these. I haven't had anything yet . (Implies that I am hungry and ready to eat) I didn't have anything.

Again thank you for answering.
Would that be incorrect to say "I haven't have anything yet"?

And when two friends were talking about something of the sort which was happened so long ago. Would that be natural to say "I hadn't have anything at that time" Is this one suits the situation better?

Thanks a lot!

Yes, it is incorrect.
The present perfect is the present form of "have" + past participle.

I haven't eaten yet. (eat)
I haven't been there yet. (be)
I haven't gone there in awhile. (go)
I haven't had anything to eat. (have)
