Haven't eaten since lunch or after lunch

How can I say in appropriate sentence when I have eaten breafast, but have not eaten anything after that?

I saw that saying "I haven't eaten since breakfast" means you literally haven't eat anything, including breakfast.

Does saying "I haven't eaten anything after breakfast" is ok?
