Haven't been behaving

HI
Can help me with these matters?
- "You HAVEN'T BEEN BEHAVING lately". Is this correct like that or should I add "well, nicely etc."
- "I know I shouldn't have done that and that this would CATCH UP TO ME one day."
Thank you.
