Have/need to - should

1) I don't know, guys, I don't think we have/need to be that worried about him. He seems to be doing OK.

2) I don't know, guys, I don't think we should be that worried about him. He seems to be doing OK.


- Does one of have/need to and should fit this context better than the other or do you see them as completely interchangeable here?

- How would you punctuate it?
