Have/has got and got

I was always wondering what's the difference between "have/has got" and "got" in possession meaning. For example:
  • I got a car.
  • I've got a car.

    But I couldn't often hear the " 've " particle in exactly possession meaning sentences, and always thought that it's kind of new style just like "want to" = "wanna" etc...

    Yes. Sometimes people speak too fast or carelessly, and they leave out the v sound there. Then you have to use the context to determine which form is really intended.
