I have made up the sentences below.
(1a) I'm very sad. I have no one to talk to until now. I need someone to spend some time with me.
(1b) I'm very sad. I have had no one to talk to until now. I need someone to spend some time with me.
(2a) I'm very sad. I had no one to talk to until now. I'm glad you can spend some time with me.
(2b) I'm very sad. I had had no one to talk to until now. I'm glad you can spend some time with me.
Most of my friends think the 'a' versions are correct. The rest of my friends think the 'b' versions are correct. I am not sure who is correct. Please help me. Thank you very much.
