Have you heard

Dear teachers and friends...

Could you tell which sentences sound more natural in both American and British English:

Have you heard the "Ladies night out" joke?
Have you heard of the "Ladies night out" joke?
Have you heard the one (joke) about the "Ladies night out"?
something else?

Many thanks

I think that circumstances could justify any of them. The most common are first and the third. The second sentence asks if one has heard about the existence of the joke rather than if one has heard the joke itself.
