Have you got vs would you vs will you

I work on wards as a pharmacy technician. We have to ask patients at the discharge to confirm if they have more supply of medications at home or they would be able to get it from their GP. So which is the best option:
1.Have you got more supply of ABC at home?
2. Would you have more or any ABC at home?
