Have you ever heard something like this

When I was living in XX; I had a best friend there named AA. Her husband used to work in another city. One day, while we were discussing pregnancy as what should be done and what should not be done during pregnancy, she revealed that the day her husband had left for the city, he was doing his job in, her periods get started. After that when she consulted a doctor she found that she is pregnant. Haven't you heard this case either?

Please, take a look at this to see if it's grammatical, natural, and punctuated correctly.

Thanks.
