When asking some famous person what is correct of the following?

Have you ever thought of such fame?

All those sentences are correct English.

"Have you ever thought of such fame?" suggests that such fame has not yet been achieved.

"Did you ever think of such fame?" could be a real fame.

As always with the past perfect, "Had you ever thought of such fame?" needs to be relative to some reference point in the past. E.g. "You were only 21 at the time. Had you ever thought of su
