Have you ever gotten ill?

Is this correct or "have you ever got ill or gone ill"?

And how do you answer beacuse if I say "yes I have" I'm guessing that would tell I still am but really I'm not. Beacuse present perfect tells that action still has a connectiot with a present situation.

So should the answer be yes I had but I'm fine now?

gotten ill - OK. Sounds to me like you may be American.

got ill - OK

gone ill - wrong

'Have you ever been ill?' seems more natural to me.

No. 'Yes, I have' is short for 'Yes, I have been ill' at some point in the past.

but really I'm not. Beacuse present perfect tells that action still has a connectiot with a present situation. Yes, but connection does not necessarily mean that you are still ill now. It can just mean that you now have knowledge of what it is like to be ill.

So should the answer be yes I had have but I'm fine now? You can say this if you wish, but it is not required.

No. That's not the meaning. The "Have you ever ...?" question is a use of the experiential present perfect. It's asking whether you had, at any time in your life, the experience of being ill. Its connection with the present situation is not the kind of connection you're thinking about. It's a different sort of connection with the present.
