Have you eaten to your fill?

Hi

Could you please tell me the typical way of asking this question and/or telling this sentiment?

  1. I have eaten to my fill. I can't have any more.
  2. Have you eaten to your fill? Would you like to have some more steak?

Thanks,

Tom

The expression does not include ' to '. Actually, I haven''t' heard it in conversation for a long time. It seems rather old-fashioned and thus rather formal.

Mr. Tomeaten to my fill.

The second word is superfluous.
