When using a verb in the Present Perfect as you are (ie: using have + verb) the auxillary verb is have which is the one you conjugate, followed by the past participle of the verb.

The verb 'be' is what we call a 'non-progressive verb' and can not be used in the continuous or progressive tenses.

In English we can't say:

'I am being' or in question form:

'Have you being?'
